David B. Wilson , Managing Partner
Prior to founding Integer Capital, Dave was a Managing Director and Head of Fidelity Capital Investors, an LBO fund sponsored by Fidelity Investments. At Fidelity, Dave built and led a team of 6 investment professionals that identified and executed lower middle-market buyouts. Prior to Fidelity, Dave was the Managing General Partner and co-founder of Paratus Capital Management, an investment firm focused on leveraged acquisitions of lower middle-market companies. Formerly, Dave was a principal of DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. In that capacity, he headed the group’s Los Angeles office for two years, and later, managed DLJ Private Equity Partners Fund, L.P., a $1 billion fund dedicated to making investments in other private equity funds, as well as direct investments in private transactions. Dave has extensive experience in working with portfolio company management and has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies. Dave has completed over twenty five leveraged buyout transactions, aggregating in excess of $2 billion in transaction value.
Dave, his wife and four children live in Larchmont, NY. Dave received a B.A. in economics, Summa Cum Laude, from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Prior to founding Integer Capital, Dave was a Principal at Fidelity Capital Investors, where he was focused on lower middle-market buyouts. Previously, Dave was a Vice President with The Cypress Group LLC, a leveraged buyout fund managing over $3.5 billion of committed capital. While at Cypress, Dave focused on executing leveraged acquisitions in a variety of sectors and completed five transactions totaling over $2 billion in transaction value. Prior to joining Cypress, Dave was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers, Inc., where he was a corporate analyst in the merger and acquisitions group.
David, his wife and three children live in Dover, MA. David received a B.A. in economics and political science from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Peter N. White , Partner
Prior to founding Integer Capital, Peter was a Principal at Fidelity Capital Investors, where he was focused on lower middle-market buyouts. Previously, Peter was a Vice President with Harvest Partners, a leveraged buyout fund managing over $1 billion of committed capital. While at Harvest, Peter had significant experience working with companies in the power generation, energy services, healthcare and general industrial markets. Formerly, Peter was a Director in the mergers and acquisitions group at Gleacher & Co. in New York, and was an Associate in the corporate finance group at DLJ in Los Angeles.
Peter, his wife and two children live in Wellesley, MA. Peter earned a B.S. in finance and entrepreneurial studies with Highest Distinction at Babson College and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
